Create a Jedi order to protect the balance of the force in the United States of America

We the people are tired of dark lords and their Padawans running around force choking and hand slicing people at wim and we need a council that actually gets something done, so why not a council filled with wise Jedi Knights instead of Palpatine bureaucrats
