Create a job experience and preparedness program for high school graduates aiming for a job rather then going to college

This would help prevent poverty in those getting jobs right out of high school with no college. This paid job experience gained from this potential program is what helps people nail higher paying jobs. This also helps save the economy from an eventual meltdown.
