Entry-level job seekers have been at a disadvantage for decades when seeking to enter the workforce. They are turned away in favor of job seekers with more years of experience in a field, and are not given the opportunity to build skills or gain experience to further their careers and secure gainful employment.

Entry-level job seekers need help, so they can help themselves. We urge President Obama to take action. Either with a new law requiring employers to hire and train a certain percentage of entry-level workers, or by offering tax breaks to those who do.
