Create jobs by allocating federal funds for infrastructure revitalization.

Created by M.Q. on December 15, 2012

Create jobs by allocating federal funds for infrastructure revitalization including bridges, public school buildings, libraries, and other essential services or facilities that benefit US citizens and are not privately owned.

Priority for hiring of labor force will be given to US citizens who are unemployed. Only materials made in the USA will be purchased for the improvements.

Each state will list the infrastructure with the highest need for repair, provide an estimate of costs, scope of public benefit, and assign employees to oversee the hiring of laborers. Federal funding will be granted on the basis of highest need and greatest public benefit.

Give US citizens jobs, improve the infrastructure, and start circulating money back into the economy.
