If we rebuild our roads bridges and start laying high speed railways in America we can do a few things.
First make our roads and bridges safe.
Second we would employ millions of Americans for a couple years at least.
Third by having high speed railways we would remove millions of cars and trucks off our roads burning up fossil fuels and polluting our environment.
Fourth The high speed railways would lower costs of shipping and transportation thus increasing discretionary spending and encouraging more people to travel around America. .
Fifth This would catch us up with the rest of the world.
Just rebuilding our bridges and roads alone would put at least a million people to work and that is just more money in the economy.
