A petition to create jobs by employing civilians to move above ground electrical wires underground. This will employ people of various skill trades such as: engineers, geologists, general laborers, electricians etc. Many citizens will also receive training related to their area of work. By enacting such a petition we can clean up the numerous poles and wires dotting the landscape, reduce electromagnetic interference caused by running electricity through the air, keep America an industrially advanced country, and most importantly, invest in the welfare of our citizens.
