Create jobs by requiring greater than 50% of all Foreign Aid to be given in the form of US Goods and Services -not cash.

This petition calls for the US government to place a limit on the amount of Foreign Aid that can be given in the form of cash (US Currency).

Instead of giving Foreign Aid in the form of all cash, US Goods and Services must be offered.

The suggested limit on cash is roughly 49%. The remaining 51% would be provided in US Goods and Services.

This policy shoud lead to job creation as more US Goods and Services are consumed.
