Those who have been labeled a criminal suffer through legalized discrimination for the rest of their lives, some being unable to vote, get a higher education, or find gainful employment to be able to rise themselves and their families up and out of poverty. This is one of the main contributors to poverty and crime in the United States.
Please explain how you will create jobs that will provide meaningful employment and that will be available to those who have been labeled a criminal. Do you plan to create jobs that won't participate in this legalized discrimination?
