The principals of judicial independence and objectivity shall be applied to the investigation and prosecution of sexual offenses committed by members of the military. The military "Chain of Command" shall fully cooperate with the investigations of this proposed independent "Sexual Crimes Authority" but will have no authority of its own regarding sentencing or other judicial procedures pertaining to offenses of a sexual nature.
