Create a judicial review board to judge all state and federal law based on their constitutionality.

Each state will elect 4 judges at any level in the state to gather and review all federal and state laws including executive orders. Any law that has passed that violates the original intent of the Constitution and Bill of Rights shall be rendered null and void, all violators of said laws shall have full pardon and reparations paid. The remaining laws found to be in compliance with the Constitution, shall be strictly enforced. Then the Judicial Branch of our government will be cleared to perform their duty of checking and balancing our government, and thereby limiting the rampant violations of this and previous administrations by prosecuting criminals to the full extent of the law.
