Create a law allowing Student Loans to be placed on Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

I feel that the bankruptcy laws need to include Student Loans. Many college graduates are being buckled with Student Loans. The cost of paying loan is increasing and if you don't make the payment you either go into default and they take your wages or Tax Returns. Student Loans need to be allowed to be filed under bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is designed to give people a second chance and that's what a lot of American need.
