It asks the administration to take into consideration the idea that all person's in the USA be able to obtain an Associates Degree at their own community college. It would put us on par with countries such as Germany who goes to great extent to educate their work force so that their country can excel in the different areas of manufacturing and administering of their economy. It asks that the administration allow people to "stay at home" go to school and build a basic platform for their advanced education. The first 2 years of college anywhere is pretty much the same and each college/university teaches the same basic things. Why aren't we giving everyone that basic education to get them through life?
