Create a Law that Denies Inaugural Celebrations for 2nd Term Presidents or Greatly Reduces the Budget for Celebration.

This petition is to bring attention to the wasted money on a 2nd term President Inauguration celebration. Since the Administration is not changing there is no need for a massive celebration unwisely spending tax dollars that could be better used for other needs of the country.
