To create a set time allowed for retail outlets to open on Black Friday at 5:00am, and a set worker report time at no earlier than 4:00am on Black Friday. Black Friday defined as the day after Thanksgiving. The law or regulation would be set up to allow families to have a proper Thanksgiving without the interruption of having to leave for work at an unreasonable time. This law or regulation is in response to companies such as Walmart requiring employees to report to work at times such as 3:00pm, in the afternoon, on Thanksgiving Day, separating the employees from there families on traditional American Family celebrated holiday.
