Largest companies are hording money and have the largest saving accounts. They are paying large dividents to shareholders and with this distribute money to the richest instead of curbing the economy.
Create a law that will make them create one US based job with at least their average wage per $10 million of net income or pay a fine that is 10 times their average wage per $10 million of net income.
This would create 10,000s of jobs with high wages in a short amount of time.
Since this is post net income it really does not prevent the competitiveness of companies.
This would be a net job creation - which means that they can not fire 10 to hire 1; if they fire 10, they need to hire 11 per $10 million net income.
