Create a law that limits the amount of information Apps, Operating Systems and Software can collect about users.

Our lives seem to become a little less private every day. The technology we use during our daily lives gives more and more of our information out and we don't even notice it. Every new app or update to an app on our phone,computer or tablet, seems to demand more of our information and more access to control our devices. Some examples of the information being collected is: usernames and passwords, contacts, age, gender, your location and phone number. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the information being collected. Some apps, software and operating systems will even grant access to its developers to control your device without your knowledge. This petition request the government to regulate the amount of information and control apps can collect from devices.
