Create law to make all rewards/gifts/favors to/from public officials illegal. 30 year sentence for indirect bribery.

Create a law to outlaw ANY form of reward/gift for a public servant for doing their public duty(indirect or "soft" bribery) including gifts from any entity, corporation, person, king or foreign nation outside of the US Government itself(honorable Medals/certificates) to ensure public service is not corrupted and the people protected from it. Implement a harsh 30 year penalty upon conviction to immediately cleanse our institutions and those that would corrupt it. Current officials get 30 days to resign after implementation of law to avoid the 30 year sentence and will be given amnesty for their support but stripped of any wealth found to be acquired as a reward/gift for their support as a public servant and barred from any future role in politics and political influence.
