Clark County Nevada made Randel Lane work from February 18th 2009- June 23rd 2009 without being medically cleared to work without accommodations. Since he had Social Anxiety and depression because of the working conditions at work he had several relapse and went into depression.
On May 21st 2009 The Office of Diversity said he didn't have a disability.
On June 23rd & July 9th 2009 two doctor requested accommodations. On June 29th 2009 Clark County refused to accept a doctor excuse when Mr. Lane had depression causing him to try to take his own life.

Clark County did a medical separation without having an interactive interview which caused an adverse effect and made him go deeper into depression. The Court refuse to consider the adverse effect of being terminated while having depression.
