Create law to make the US Constitution a mandatory education requirement of all High School Graduates in Public Schools

Create a law that requires all High School Graduates within the Public Education System to have achieved a standardized comprehensive benchmark when understanding all parts of the US Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and its Historical Relevance. This law would require written curriculum standards from all local school boards that follow strict federal curriculum standards for all public schools starting in middle school up until graduation from High School including all GED Certificates.
