Create a Law that makes weapons of mass destruction!!!

The selling of automatic and semiautomatic guns should be illegal to use and sell unless you are are an active, deployed, or on-reserved military personal on duty. They must have 2 years of training. Civilians may use these guns at gun ranges only if armed forces are on site. Police may also use these guns. These guns should not be sold at a gun store. Guns that meet these safety requirements may be obtain or bought by checking their criminal history (and make sure they are criminal free for two years), see if they are listed as offenders, and make sure they have a valid gun license.
