Create a law making closed primaries illegal.

It is 2016 and we are seeing record voter turnout all across our nation. However, in some states, some voters have been kept out of the election process. These states close off their presidential primaries to voters not affiliated with the two major parties. Requiring any portion of the populace to be registered with a party to vote for it is a gross miscarriage of the human right to vote. Each citizen of our country should be able to vote where their conscience takes them each election cycle, including giving a nomination, with a minimum of hassle. Recent events in Arizona's 2016 primary, as well as a handful of other states, have made it clear that the closed primary model can not continue, as it is an unconscionable and unamerican limitation on the populace's right to vote.
