Create a law making it illegal to out a queer person without their consent.

For too long gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and other self-identified queer people have been at the mercy of hateful groups who out them without their permission and suffer no consequences.
Being outed can have dangerous and painful consequences for many people and none for those that out them.
People like Cathy Brennan, who often outs trans* individuals to their parents and schools, as well as searches the internet for photos of them which she posts on her blog without their consent, receive no punishment for what is certainly a crime.
It should be punishable by law to reveal such information about people without their consent.
