Create a law to not allow any non taxpayer that lives off of the taxpayer the right to vote.

Any person that chooses not to pay his/her own way through life and live off of the ones that do, should not have the right to vote. Especially since the taxpayers are soon to be out numbered by the non-taxpayers.
If any giving person chooses to ride the system and the tax payers, how can the said person have the right to elect anyone to change the future of the ones that do keep this country going?
I guess this would fit right in with welfare reform, why should us taxpayers keep paying for someone to live free off of our hard work, and just keep popping out children to get more money from us?
These same people do not make good choices for their own lives, but are able to vote and make choices for the ones that do pay taxes and choose to work.
