Create a law or amendment to allow convicted felons to vote in all elections that apply to them.

Created by M.L. on June 09, 2013

Currently, only two states allow convicted felons to vote unrestricted. Twelve states have the ability to permanently ban voting rights, even after the completion of prison time, parole, and probation. Regardless of the crime committed, prisoners are still people and are entitled to have a voice. The President, members of Congress, and local officials should be elected based upon the voice of ALL citizens.
