Create a law "PAY TO STAY" for inmates in county, city, state, and federal prisons to pay to stay in jails. $5.00 a day

Require all criminals that are in jail to pay $5.00 a day to be in jail.
Take this out of their commissary monies, and if they cannot pay, attach it to their SS# like child support, and garnish their wages, attach to their credit report.
Create a "PAY TO STAY" law. Law abiding citizens should not have to pay for criminals to have free room, food, cable, gym passes, electricity, gas, water, education??!!
"PAY TO STAY" $5.00 a day for each day in jail.
