We the people would like the government to create and pass a law that that would require businesses that have contracts to reduce the time that they can collect after cancellation has been requested. Also that all businesses in the United States offer a phone cancellation so that people with no computer access can cancel and also so that company's can't collect or waste time collecting on mailed cancellation request. This is a big issue if you google cancellation problems on company's like blast fitness people feel helpless that there money is being taken and no one is doing anything about it. Especially military members who move out of state and can't go to the business to cancel.
