Create law that prohibits excessive profits for life saving drugs and services.

This petition is intended to put an end to profiteering in the medical industry. The medical field should be one that innovates and cares for the sick and injured, and doesn't create billions by taking advantage of them. Someone with aids or cancer shouldn't be put to death because of their inability to afford the drugs they need. The insurance companies should not take on the burden either. The drug producing companies should be regulated to a certain profit margin, perhaps 300% of cost to produce. Non-scientific employees, contractors, and contracted companies, including executives, should also be subject to a pay cap.
