Create a law to protect and bring back the immigrants that are Married and have children in the US and deported spouses

This Petition is to maintian the civil and human rights of married immigrants. There are married couples with children that have been separated by deportation of one of the spouses. One of which i know personally is Elba Mcmorris of Wittmann Arizona. Deportation is not a solution to the immigration problem. The civil and human rights of immigrants that has been here more than 15 years and married is a partial solution to immigration.
