Create a Law to protect children from unnecessary acts of tattooing for recreational and denominational purposes.

This Petition is to enact a Law to protect children from careless parents that chose to mark their children with tattoo's without consent of the child. This is in specific to The Ministerio International Creciendo en Gracia (International Ministry Growing in Grace). This is the link to a video of them performing an act of marking a child with the numbers 666.
