create a law that protects children right to privacy,people broadcast a child life all over the in Internet.

recently,a girl in my town went to the hospital.some idiot decided that they had the righ to tell every little secret about her.her family etc.this is morally sicking.we need a law that if someone is under lets say 16,you as an adult do not have the righ to broadcast their life story all over the internet.these people told very personal,private things that may lead to someone dieing.
