Create law that protects voter information and government job applications.

Created on April 21, 2016

The primary role of the government is to protect it's citizens. The US Government fails to protect it's citizen's information from identity theft. Identity theft can severely harm a person/family & is becoming increasingly common (claims a victim every 4 seconds). Identity theft experts agree that the US Government is the biggest offender of exposing sensitive data with its public record laws that require voter information & job applications to be exposed to anyone.

Example of offense: I filled out a job application for a government job. I was warned that application is public record but still required sensitive information like my name, DOB, address, phone number & driver's license number. This is enough information for a fraudster to violate my finances & mail.
