Create a law that puts congressional pay down to minimum wage in the face of a debt crisis until it is solved

This is the only way to get them to take our debt crisis with a serious attitude when you cut there pay until the issue is solved it will get them to focus to get there money back and also cut spending until a good spending plan is found.
