We have an ongoing fight on our hands to keep our children safe. There are many convicted child molesters that serve no jail time at all and receive merely probation, fail to register with Megan Law, and continue to sexually abuse children. These people can not be rehabilitated and should be, at the very least, easily identified with a tattoo across their forehead.
