Create a law requiring all schools to have sexual education classes to educate teens on consent, STDs, and birth control

Created by B.W. on October 19, 2015

Sex ed is a class that will inform teens on sexual intercourse, the use of protection, dangers of STD's, and teen pregnancy. Without it teens/adults will make uninformed decisions on sex. A huge thing that usually is not taught in general is consent. Consent is giving permission for something to happen or agreement to do something. If a person does not consent to having sex with someone, but the person forces them, it is rape. 44% of victims in the U.S are under 18 years old. With sex ed being required in all high schools, teens will be informed about STD's, consent, and birth control methods.
