All citizens wishing to vote in any election must pass a basic citizenship test, which will test the subjects knowledge of the constitution, bill of rights and the structure of government. No person receiving a failing score (less than 70 percent of the questions asked) will be registered as a voter in these United States of America. The purpose of this proposed law is to eliminate the ability of the uneducated to influence the prosperity of the educated. Its goal is not to take away the right to vote for those failing the test, rather its goal is to promote the education of the American people in regards to our republic, its founding documents and the rights of Americans, so that no citizen casts an ignorant ballot.
