My mother passed and my life spiraled into a deep depression. Her case is very open and shut due to obvious Doctor negligence but the court will not even listen to the case. It can automatically be thrown out due to the statute of limitations. I would like a law that can allow for cases to be heard and judged based on enough evidence past the statute of limitations for medical malpractice and negligence on a case by case basis. There are so many deaths from pharmaceutical mishaps and Doctor negligence that don't even get guaranteed findings until long after a person is gone. I don't think this is fair for the families that have to suffer when all it takes for it is to be heard. Everybody don't go straight to lawyers to sue because they are busy trying come back to reality after a death.
