Create a law so that the low-function kids can go to mainstream classes.

This petition is about creating a law for those who are low functioning because I've observed that they're not in mainstream classes and I think that it's wrong because everyone has a future but without a decent education how can they have a good future? I know that it's a safety issue but if we don't give them what they want they're going to be more violent. It's like if a baby is hungry and you don't give them food they're not going to be quiet but if you give them what they want they'll be quiet. It's the same thing for low functioning people because they're trying so hard to get our attention so that we can help them out but we ignore them. How do you know that they're not going to succeed. People said the same thing about Albert Einstein but look at him now! You can't judge someone!
