Create a law that states "if an individual burns or defiles the American flag. He/she will be fined no more than $3000."

Any person(s) seen defiling an American flag should be placed under arrest and fined no more than $3000. Defiling the American flag is a disgrace to this country. I take burning or defiling the American flag as a terroristic act and we should immediately take action.
