Create a law suspending all pay and benefits for current and former US politicians if the budget isn't balanced.

I respectfully petition the President, United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives to pass a law that would suspend all pay and benefits for all former and current Presidents, US Senators and US Representatives unless the next budget is a balanced one and the deficit is reduced by at least $1 trillion.
