Create a law where as the House of Representatives and Senators only can serve two consecutive terms.

The two party system of government creates bickering between men that have grown too accustom to having a fat salary and tenure. They believe that have a lot of power. They strive for one up man ship rather than concentrate on listening to their constituents. When any laws or changes are presented to them they should bring them to their home states and the the populace vote. If each man knows that he only has two terms to get items passed than maybe we can start to work together and get this country back on track, It's not a liberal thing, it's not a conservative thing , it's an American thing !
