Create a law that would charge anyone with a felony who beates a woman, rapes, child molestation, or breaking nc order.

I petition our elected officials to hold those who commit certain crimes, and mandate a felony sentence, and possibly the death penalty. These people who are the criminal in domestic violence, beat women, rape, child molestation, and anyone who violates a no contact order should have a mandatory felony sentence, and a minimum of 10 years behind bars.
