Create a law that would create jobs across America by using having attendants pump gas as in the State of Oregon.

I propose that a federal bill come to order on creation of jobs in America that could help lower unemployment rates and get Americans back to work. I propose using a method that the state of Oregon has set forth as a law. Americans just want some type of income to be able to have a consistent income. Lots of Americans drive vehicles. So as such a law should be passed that gas station attendants should be hired to pump gas into each vehicle at a gas station. By creating this law it gives people a change to get back to work and minimize the welfare and unemployment rates per each state. We also with this law would minimize environmental accidents that occur at gas stations. Pay should be at the state minimum pay rate with the optional tax of tips received by each employee.
