Need to establish term limits for all elected officials , limit them to 3 terms in office, which is more than enough time to prove to be an effective official. After 1 term out if the citizens choose to re-elect them thats their choice.
No more job for life where their decisions are dictitated by whom is going to fund their re-election campaigns.
