We would encourage the administration to enact a law that would make it legal to power wegie anyone that wears there pants low enough to show their underwear. It takes a village and the village needs to train these idiots to pull their pants up. When in the course of human events the parents fail to even teach something this basic the citizenry should be able to lend a helping hand. Plumbers and Punks would quickly realize the error of their ways and beg societys forgiveness by wearing a properly cinched belt.
