In an effort to see that politics are not again used in such a manner as to deny The People due right and access, We do petition our government to pass such law as to protect The Peoples’ Right to freely visit, congregate and conduct all normally scheduled activities at such Parks and Public Lands as are able to operate at little or no cost to the Federal Government. We also ask to include all such properties as are privately owned but located on or within the designated bounds of Government Property; that is to say, The Property of The People.
We the undersigned do signify by our names affixed, it is our will that Our Government should take Immediate Action to remedy this unnecessary infringement on a Free People.
