Create laws that the american people can vote on what the government spends their tax dollars.

We the people would like the obama administration to create laws which would give the people the right to vote on government spending. Where the tax dollar is being used and if we do not agree with what it's being spent on we should be able to against it. Kind of like the way elections work but maybe something more secure.
(example: Obama and family to spend $ 100,000,000 on a vaca to africa. ) We should be able to vote against that.
