most if not all bills going to congress have riders attached to them by people who were not the creator of the bill. This practice should stop.
We wish that each and every bill going through congress go through as written or be rewritten by the creator of the bill and prevent riders from being added to the bill. Many of these riders have no relationship to the original bill and this causes delays and denials of bills that would have gone through because of the attached riders.
