Create laws protecting renters to fly the American Flag and State Flag outside of their apartments.

Current laws only protect home owners abilities to fly the flag outside their home. Laws need to be changed and extended to protect renters as well. No one should be told they have to take down their flag. You can search the internet and find hundreds of stories of apartment landlords forcing people to take down their American flags. No one should ever be told to remove an American flag that is properly hung from American soil.
