Create laws & regulations to protect our students from abusive, cruel, or incompetent teachers

Too often our children's right to an education is hindered by incompetent, cruel, prejudicial or emotionally/physically/mentally abusive and incompetent teachers. Students should both be protected from such harm and be granted the right to report these corrupt educators to the authorities in which they would be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Suicide and depression are at an all time high among school-attending children and many report these incompetent teachers as their main source of stress. This reform to the education system would create more workers by preventing potential suicides and creating more competent youth by increasing the quality of their education.
