Create a Legal Right to be Secure in One's Possesions Against Searches and Seizures

Created by W.M. on January 29, 2013

Amendment 28:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Since there is much scandal over the TSA searching people at airports and Law Enforcement Officers searching private property without Warrants for supposed illegal articles.
